Christmas 2009

We had a wonderful, busy Christmas! I’ll keep the words short and let the pictures do the talking, but Skyler had a blast! We did our own Christmas Eve together at home, then had Christmas morning together, then headed to Belton for Ronnie’s family Christmas, then back across town to my parents’ for our Christmas.

Christmas Eve…

We don’t dress her like this. She prefers no clothing but likes to put her own socks and shoes on. This is the norm around home.

"Skyler, you want to open presents?"

Play-Doh was the big gift this year, from several people. Pretty sure we now have EVERY color.
One of Ronnie's clients got Skyler a head light. She doesn't quite get it, but was fascinated nonetheless!

Christmas Night…

Tuckered out with Grampa Kelley, and we just got here!

The Day After…
Skyler’s big present from us was a new big girl bed. We even let her pick out her bedding. We also moved her into the bigger bedroom, which was a major undertaking that took most of the day yesterday. Somehow we trashed most of the rest of the house in the process…
