Christmas 2010

December 26, 2010

It’s been a perfect week! I scored the full week leading up to Christmas off work, and I used it well! I painted and rearranged our bedroom, a project that’s been over a year in the making. I shopped, and shopped, and spent some quality girl time with my best friend, complete with matching BFF rings. I had an amazing birthday dinner date with Ronnie, and Skyler and I visited potential preschools and think we’ve found her a spot. And that was all before Christmas!

Since Christmas came and went, I kinda feel like Ronnie and I were living in the Target commercial for our Christmas blessings. Our home electronics collection is now complete with an Ipad (not really Christmas, but a prize from Ronnie’s work that arrived on our doorstep recently), a remote start for my car, a new Ipod Nano, a new Ipod Shuffle, and a Play Station 3. And that was just the techy stuff on top of our other loot. We must’ve been good this year! Skyler did well too, with some very thoughtful gifts from her uncles, and lots of new toys and activities to keep her busy during these cold Winter months.

It was another great Christmas to go down in the books! Photos to prove it:

I am not one of those people who dreads gift wrapping. I quite enjoy it - it's fun to anticipate everyone opening their gifts that we got them!

More baby doll toys!

All tuckered out after three Christmases in less than 24 hours
